With more than two decades of experience across the CPG, Wellness & Fitness, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, Environmental and Construction sectors, I have led the people function for complex SMBs, including start-ups, global, private, PE backed, high-growth, moderate growth and turnaround scenarios. Notably, I have ran the people function for five (6) entities simultaneously, while scaling and standing up multiple start-ups. Finding synergy and parallels that simplify, unify and align those teams has become second nature for me.

 

I've developed 1st ever business and people strategy sessions, drove digital transformations, including technology enhancements for more than 10+ systems across several business units, conducted extensive business and talent diagnostics, resulting in double or triple expense reductions (cumulatively over $1M), and spearheaded multi-year retention strategies while driving transformational change, operational excellence and keeping employees center stage.

 

As a pragmatic idealist, I am passionate about cultivating inclusive, people centric cultures with healthy ecosystems. I firmly believe that the success of any organization is intrinsically tied to putting employees at the heart of it and building scalable and sustainable "cores."
